1. License Grant

By downloading or purchasing FolderTamer, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute FolderTamer according to your plan tier:

• Free Tier: Permitted for personal use on up to 2 watched folders with single-condition rules.
• Pro Lifetime: One-time fee grants perpetual rights to run FolderTamer Pro with unlimited folders and automations on up to three (3) personal PC devices owned or operated by the licensee.

2. Local-First Operation & File Safety

FolderTamer provides file management tools (moves, renames, deletions). While the software employs atomic reservations, collision resolution, and SQLite audit logging with 1-click rollback, users remain responsible for backing up critical data.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If FolderTamer Pro does not meet your expectations or does not function properly on your Windows device, you may request a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@foldertamer.com. Upon refund, the associated license key will be revoked.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or lease license keys issued to you. You may not distribute keys on public forums or key-sharing platforms. Keys found in public violation are subject to immediate revocation without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FolderTamer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall FolderTamer or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
